Security analyst, Adam Bonaa has questioned President Akufo-Addo’s appointment of COP Christian Tetteh Yohuno as the Deputy Inspector General of Police less than six months before the 2024 general election.
Speaking to Joy News after the appointment was made, the Security Analyst argued that it is not proper to tamper with any security architecture six months before elections.
Dr. Adam Bonaa noted that this is a convention all over the world.
"The convention all over the world, you don't tamper with any security architecture usually six months to elections. Trump attempted to do that before the election and his advisors asked him not to do it, and he stopped,” Dr. Adam Bonaa shared.
