Under normal circumstances, in the face of the accusations and counter accusations being bandied about publicly, the simple solution in such controversial C-Suit matters, is simply to follow global corporate good governance procurement principles - and ensure competitive bidding at all stages of such deals. Insider dealing should never occur. Full stop. Yoooooooo...

Whatever be the case, we are all aware that the 2024 presidential and parliamentary elections, are not about what the ruling party has done, in terms of its nation-building contribution to the transformation of our bankrupted Republic. No. No. No. Not at all.

The 2024 presidential and parliamentary elections, are seen by the vast majority of registered voters, as an opportunity to enable the masses to claw back what has been looted from Mother Ghana, by the greed-filled, rent-seeking state-capture big-thieves-high-places, with the help of the dishonest cabal of lawyers, who have provided the legal frameworks to legitimise their egregious amoral-avaricious-illegalities, used to rip-off our Republic with total impunity. Cool.

That is why the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), will lose virtually all their parliamentary seats, as well as the presidential election, as sure as day follows night, lol - regardless of the rigging-schemes and strategems the Electoral Commission, will deploy, lol. Everything in the known world, has an end, oooo, Ghanafour. The ruthless pillaging of our nation's wealth by today's hard-of-hearing and criticism-averse regime-crony-elites, will soon end - and each one of them will be hoisted on their own individual petard, lol. Ghanaians aren't fools, oooo - on the contrary, we are a wise, peace-loving and aspirational African peoplemy oooo. Yoooooooo...

Finally, dear critical-reader, the bald truth, is that regardless of what the current government-of-the-day does, the ruling NPP regime will be turfed out of power, in the December presidential and parliamentary elections. No question.

The GGCL boardroom wrangling is indeed a clear-cut case study, and, only one, out of the many instances of today's insider-wheeler-dealing that Ghanaians want to get to the bottom of - and all of which occurred under the current government: and they will simply do so, by casting their votes, to boot out the current ruling NPP regime out of power, in the December presidential and parliamentary elections.
