The world is full of challenges on all fronts. Exhausted natural resources, overpopulation, a shift in world power, climate change, etc. name our times as the opportunity for fundamental changes. As this world is governed by humans to the will of God (for unbelievers: the universe) a new set of people is needed to cope with the challenges now and ahead.
As Cavemen and Neanderthals, we were responsible for our immediate actions a failure to go hungry or a blessing returning home with meat, fish, berries, and mushrooms. As humans grew in numbers and developed societies specialization set in. Some stayed as farmers, others as craftsmen, fishers, dealers, public servants, pastors, and royals.
We developed the mentality that others are responsible for our fortune or misfortune as individuals and citizens. In highly developed nations the blame game is very prominent. Its ideological peak is written down in Karl Marx's Communist Manifesto. These highly developed and individualized societies have developed rules and regulations and moral values which make them like big vessels hard to maneuver and unable to adapt to new challenges beyond their current status.
A new set of people is needed. Responsible Entrepreneurs carry in their honest spirit the spirit of our above-mentioned forefathers with the wisdom of generations gone before them. Their spirit transcendents into job creation for others who are no dreamers scared of the risks and work involved in the challenges to overcome the shame that hits them when they fail the warning advice of friends and family who knew it all the way better.
Responsible Entrepreneurs are flexible and adaptable to constant new challenges. They know to grab a brighter future old traditional thinking must end immediately without regret. They understand that only an inclusive society can move ahead in stability, not unlike South Africa, Kenya, India, Ghana, North Korea, and others.
Responsible Entrepreneurs create sustainable jobs for themselves and others. Jobs are the driving force for any form of society development as even hunting of the Caveman was a job. Employees no matter their level don't create jobs (not even highly paid CEOs) as job creation starts, and always has, with the dream and action of a humble man mostly not well or highly academically trained.
The much-needed Responsible Entrepreneur spirit will find its rightful place back again in all facets of society when the new set of humans is born and educated. In kindergarten, primary school, high school, etc. we must teach future generations the basics of Responsible Entrepreneurship which they will transform into their future life wherever they might find themselves in be it at the workplace, as a public servant, artist, politician, royals, or company owner. To lecture people about information or values irrelevant to their future lives is a waste of time and individual happiness.
To reflect on the roots of our beginning with the wisdom of today creates societies fit for tomorrow.
