A great future depends on a great past

A great future depends on a great past

The mighty great North American Mammut Tree at certain times does not grow as mighty as potentially possible due to historical circumstances like drought, weather conditions, surrounding conditions less favorable, etc. The seeds of the tree nevertheless inherit the information of greatness unshaken.

Personal life and the life of societies are in circles. The entire world is based on the principles of circulation. Individuals have the intellectual capacity to break certain circles that disenfranchise them from their glory to keep them in the bondage of family and society poverty. For their children and grandchildren to make it glorious in life depends on the past of their family members often based on a good name.

What applies to plants and individuals equally applies to countries and continents alike. Countries like Alaska, Singapore, Vietnam, Poland, Lithuania, Argentina, Chile, Norway, Sweden, and Jordan never made it big on the world stage ever be it in their current cultural or jurisdiction stage only significant regionally or locally for their people.

Africa for many reasons is a different candidate altogether. Throughout history, it has always been the most significant player globally as it carries the seed of greatness as the birthplace of mankind and humanity. While the white man in Europe, Asia, and the Americas was still jumping from tree to tree an impressive culture of life flourished across the African continent. What germinated to the glory of creation by ignorance of the people carrying the glory was taken away from them by the hungry white man to empower himself with what he did not have but needed to become stronger.

Even during the time of European colonialism, Africa was the center of attention and soon became the ball rolling among European countries. While wars in Europe and later Asia took center stage in world politics the mightily Africa was needed as a political playground but more so as the natural resources backbone of the parties of conflict.

After African independence from European colonialism Africa is still exploited by the old masters and has seen new masters through the backdoor (Russia and China) taken over. The new African elite voted into office by their people ruling over their nations not with the seed of African greatness but with the little little pity mind to make family and friends happy and a name for themselves in history.

In the end, Africa is bigger and stronger than any selfish African mind. The seed of glory will never go away. There might be times of trouble and irritation but in the end, the seed of African glory will fall as it did in the past into fertile ground and the circumstances will be favorable again for Africa to stand like a mighty Manmut Tree to make its mark in world history and dominate the lands around.
