President of Ghana, H.E Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has congratulated President Cyril Ramaphosa on his re-election as President of South Africa.
In a statement to congratulate the re-elected president, President Akufo-Addo extended his goodwill and prayed for the new term of H.E. Cyril Ramaphosa to be marked by continued success and progress for South Africans.
“On behalf of the people and government of Ghana, I extend my warmest congratulations to you on your re-election as President of the Republic of South Africa. Your re-election is a vindication of the trust and confidence reposed in you by the Members of the Parliament of South Africa, and by your party, the African National Congress (ANC).
“May your new term be marked by continued success and progress for the people of South Africa. Please accept my best wishes for your health, happiness, and for the ongoing success of your administration,” President Akufo-Addo said in his statement.
The President of Ghana in his statement noted that he is confident South Africa will continue to reinforce her position as a champion of progress and prosperity on the African continent under the Presidency of H.E Cyril Ramaphosa.
