In a strong warning to businesses and individuals, Mr. Michael Essel-Mills, the Nhyiaeso Constituency Secretary of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has cautioned against allowing dishonest individuals to influence financing decisions, especially when it comes to toxic assets.
According to Essel-Mills, "Allowing a dishonest person to mislead you into keeping a toxic asset can have devastating consequences on your bottom line.
"It's essential to make informed decisions based on facts, not false promises," he posted on Facebook.
He further emphasized the importance of prudent financial management.
"Assets are meant to generate value, not drain resources. If an asset is no longer serving its purpose, it's time to reassess and make tough decisions," he stated.
Mr. Essel-Mills' warning comes as a reminder to businesses and individuals to prioritize transparency and accountability in their financial dealings.
