The founder and leader of the International Godsway Church, Bishop Daniel Obinim, has thrown a challenge to his fellow pastors, asserting that no Christian leader in Ghana can claim to be wealthier than him.
The controversial pastor has dared any preacher, making bold declarations about his accumulated wealth and challenging others to match his affluence.
"No pastor in Ghana has dared to say he is richer than Obinim, and no one would dare say that. I would prove myself to Ghanaians, even if it means the government will turn its sight on me," Bishop Obinim declared confidently.
In a viral video seen by ModernGhana News, Bishop Obinim announced plans to publicly display his wealth even further.
"For this month of June alone, I will bring five airplanes; five private jets. Let anyone dare me," he proclaimed to his congregation.
The statements by Bishop Obinim come in the context of a broader trend among some Ghanaian pastors who do not shy away from displaying their wealth.
From luxury cars to mansions, these church leaders often showcase their affluence, a practice that has attracted both admiration and fierce criticism from the public.

Ei, are people following these pastors out of their mind or under spell? Preaching/living contrary to the book theiy believe in (Matthew 6:24). No wonder the Bible says "the God of this system has blinded their eyes". (2 Corinthians 4:4)
