Uber driver shares strange encounter with ghost he picked at dawn from Bubuashe to Cantonment

A Ghanaian Uber driver on 'Ride and Chat with Dr Sam' has shared his strange encounter with a supposed ghost he picked at dawn at Bubuashe to Cantonment in Accra.

According to him, he was working around Bubuashe when he got booked by a client around 12am to 1am who was heading to Cantonment. Before entering the car, the driver said he looked to confirm who had booked him before starting the trip.

However, after reaching Cantonment, he noticed there was GHS23 on the seat, the exact amount the trip cost but the person wasn't in the car.

The driver said he expressed shock because he did not see the person alighting from the car, however, claiming that he wasn't perturbed because he knew the person wouldn't harm him in any way, especially after leaving the money behind.

As a night driver, he said he has had several of these encounters, some of which get him frightened and others not.

He also took time to narrate how he got booked at mortuary junction in Accra but failed to show up to pick up the client because he suspects the person might be a spirit.

He shared his ordeal in the words below;
I'm an Uber driver, I remember, one night, I was working and picked up a client at Bubuashe to Cantonment, it was at dawn, I looked the person when he entered the car before starting the trip. When we got to Cantonment, I ended the trip and it was 23 cedis, I picked up the phone to show him the amount but when I turned, the person wasn't in the car but the money was on the seat. I did not see him opening the door. I was a bit shocked but did not get bothered because he left the money on the seat. If I hadn't seen the money, I would have been scared but since it was otherwise m, I knew the person wouldn't harm me regardless.
