Dr. Anthony Yaw Baah, General Secretary of the Trade Union Congress (TUC), has lauded the campaign slogan of New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer, Alhaji Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, for its positive impact on the country.
Dr. Baah shared his admiration during a “Bold Solutions Engagement” between Dr. Bawumia and the TUC, highlighting the importance of the slogan, “It is Possible,” which he believes sends an encouraging message to the nation.
“Dr. Bawumia once said, ‘Ideas, systems, and institutions are ingredients for transforming a country. Let me maintain that ‘It is Possible,’ and I think that positive message is very important for the country,” Dr. Baah stated.
Praising Dr. Bawumia's vision for digitalization, Dr. Baah noted it as one of his significant contributions. He also presented the TUC Manifesto, calling for collective efforts to resolve the power crisis and proposing a constitutional amendment to rebalance power distribution between the President and the people.
