The Chief Executive Officer of the State Transport Corporation (STC), Nana Akomea, has expressed confidence in the New Patriotic Party's (NPP) chances in the upcoming 2024 elections, citing the innovative ideas brought forth by the party's flagbearer, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
Speaking on NEAT FM's 'Ghana Montie' morning show, Nana Akomea asserted that Ghanaians would not regret retaining the NPP in power, particularly with Dr. Bawumia at the helm of affairs.
He highlighted the high hopes people have about the party's "Bold Solution" address, a comprehensive plan aimed at reshaping the nation.
In his statements, Nana Akomea emphasized the distinction between Dr. Bawumia and former President John Dramani Mahama, who is seeking a return to the presidency.
According to Nana Akomea, as Dr. Bawumia continues to bring fresh perspectives and novel ideas to the table, the former President shows emptiness.
"Bawumia is new and brings new ideas; Mahama is a former president and has nothing to offer," Nana Akomea declared during the interview.
