Moderator Visits Kekeli E.P. Church

The Right Rev. Dr. Livingstone K. Buamah (left), Moderator of the Synod of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church and the Very Rev. Japhet Yao Ledo, District Pastor join the Kekeli E.P. Church congregation to sing praises. Those with them include Mrs. Lydia Aku Adajawa, Presbyter Executive, Mr. Adajawa and the Rev. Emma Sepah (partly hidden), Resident Pastor of the Kekeli E.P. Church.

This was in Tema on Sunday when the Moderator, paid a familiari-sation visit to the Kekeli E.P. Church. The visit was to enable the executive to have first hand information about the church’s development and to strengthen the faith of its members.

In a sermon on the theme: 'You must not put the Lord your God to Test', Rev. Dr. Buamah urged Christians to desist from the habit of 'commanding' the Lord and expecting Him to provide them with instant material wealth as if religion is magic.

On the Ghana@50 celebration, the Rev. Dr. Buamah advised Ghanaians to celebrate it 'with a sense of gratefulness to God for bringing us this far.'
