The DCE for Anloga District Hon. Seth Yormewu has toured four out of the eight exam centres in the district and wishes the candidates well ahead of their Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE).

He was accompanied by officials from the Ghana Education Service and National Commission for Civic Education (NCCE).

Hon. Seth Yormewu, speaking to the media was optimistic that the result of this year's exam will be better than previous years looking at how most of the students were serious with their exams. He also encouraged them to put up their best.

From the four centres visited three girls were discovered to be pregnant. Some were also nursing their babies.

He further advised teachers to also do their best to prepare students on how to answer exam questions properly and build their confidence level for the exam.

"Parents should also guide their children since it's only education that can take them to higher levels," he said.

Torgbui Hatsu lll, NCCE Director of Anloga District was excited everything was going on peacefully in all the centers. "Give them enough food to eat, give them money and encourage them," Torgbui urge parents.
