The New Patriotic Party is questioning if former President John Dramni Mahama indeed he has learnt his lessons considering his utterances and posture in his speeches.
The former President told Ghanaians that he has learnt his bitter lessons and would be a better leader if given another mandate to rule as President.
Reacting to his comment on Net 2 TV "The Seat" show with Ohene Amoako, NPP Communication Team member Padmore Baffour Agyapong described the former president as a failure who does not deserve another opportunity to rule the country.
According to him, Mr Mahama failed to manage the economy and even run to the IMF for support at the time there were no global crises.
Mr Baffour Agyapong emphasised the former President signed a lot of bad agreements that have cost the country a lot making reference to the energy sector deals costing Ghana $1bn dollars yearly.
"Mahama and the NDC government went to IMF at a time everyone country was doing well with positive indicators, where there was no COVID and Russia-Ukraine war. What does it mean? This is total mismanagement of the economy under his time as the president of the republic," the Communicator told the host.
Alhaji Janfaru Saeed Kasim on his part challenged Mr. Mahama to publicly confess and apologise to Ghanaians for the reckless 'do or die' comments he has been making on political platforms as it does not protect the peace of the country.
He stressed that agriculture in Ghana was recording negative figures under former Minister Fiifi Kwetey who is now the General Secretary of the party.
