Muntaka has allegedly reported the NDC to the press. To the media that the reshuffle that took place in parliament was deliberately orchestrated ostensibly to remove he Muntaka from parliament. Well, Muntaka, if you really believe that your party wanted you out, have you, or did you ask yourself why your party top hierarchy would contemplate your removal in the first place. Muntaka, don't you know that the overwhelming majority of the pure NDC base did or still do see you, Muntaka, as a liability and not as an assert. My advice to you Muntaka would be for you to shush, be quiet, show magnanimity, show humility, and respect in victory. Knuckle down, and start the process of regaining trust and love of his NDC fraternity.

This high-rise ego and hubristic attitude immediately after your internal election win is not what is needed and will not help you. One would've thought that after the primaries, which have widely been seen as a near-textbook internal election exercise, we thought such an outcome would also bring about cool heads and maturity among good men and women of NDC.

Instead, the ugly instincts of self-pitying and self-vindication, self-apraisal, and outright silly, unnecessary hubris, all in equal measure has absolved a person and a person, Muntaka has decided to reignite old flames. Flames that otherwise would be better left doused. Let's accept without admitting that the NDC wanted to unseat an MP. Even if this was the case, has Muntaka asked himself, why? No political party in the world will kick out their prized asserts.

Muntaka, even if what you are alleging was the truth, have you thought about it, it could be that top people in your party had stopped seeing you as an asset and rather had started regarding you as a liability. That, maybe they doubt your loyalty to the party. Hon. Muntaka, you should learn from the Formena MP after 2020 elections. He the Fomena MP quickly reverted to form. He has more or less rejoined the NPP. This was after a bitter election experience in 2020. You, Muntaka, too, would be advised to shush, knuckle down, and start working hard to revive the waning trust and belief of over 99%of the NDC base.

This advice is given with good faith and humility, and I hope you, Muntaka, will receive it in good faith. Otherwise, if you now see yourself bigger than the NDC or if you think the people in your constituency will choose you over the NDC, you can continue down this road. You can continue imagining problems where none exists. You, Muntaka, have emerged victorious at Asawase, but I can assure you that the people of Asawase still love the NDC more than they do Muntaka. This, you Muntaka must get it in your ample head.
