The meeting, which is a follow-up of training sessions in Berlin, Germany, was planned as part of the second ‘Partnership with Africa’ conference to be held in Accra under the auspices of President J. A. Kufuor and President Horst Kohler of Germany from January 12 to 14.
It was opened at the Ghana International Press Centre, Accra, by Dr Gudrun Kocherndorfer-Lucius, Managing Director of Inwent or Capacity Building International of Germany.
