Akufo-Addo will definitely restore the economy before he exits — Chairman Ayensu

The Ashanti Regional chairman of the New Patriotic Party Newspapers Vendors Association, Mr Bismark Ayensu has stressed the need for Ghanaians to renew their confidence in President Nana Akufo-Addo to restore the ailing economy.

Speaking to this correspondent in an interview, the NPP members indicated that President Akufo-Addo must be commended for the measures he has put in place to keep the country running despite the challenges.

He said the major policies of government have relieved many Ghanaians, especially the parents who were suffering during the administration of the past regime.

Chairman Ayensu particularly mentioned the free Senior High School policy among others which in his opinion, is the first of its kind President Akufo-Addo has introduced and sustained in the midst of economic challenges.

Chairman Ayensu is urging Ghanaians to avoid the insults and support the President to development the country for the benefit of all.

"Rally behind the President to deliver on his promises because whether you love or hate him, he will develop the economy before his time is up," chairman Ayensu emphasised.
