NDC 'I formed NLC because of baboons, little lads in NDC; bad, despotism, inept leadership making decisions by their buttocks' — Stephen Atubiga
JUL 28, 2022 LISTEN

Mr. Stephen Atubiga, the Founder of the National Liberation Congress (NLC) says he left the National Democratic Congress (NDC) and formed his own party due to poor and terrible leadership.

He noted that the NDC leadership lacks a vision and hope for the party and the youth.

Speaking at a news conference today he stated, "The NLC split from our mother party, the NDC, as a result of poor leadership and terrible policy. The incumbent, which is a social democratic party, has carried out more social intervention programs than the NDC, but it lacks a sense of direction and optimism for the future.

"Greed, greed, vindictiveness, monkeys working baboons chopping, loyalty being taken for granted with no compensation.

"Since everyone can now clearly see the inept leadership of Chairman Ofosu Ampofo, our separation has been justified. How can a female who is not a treasure to manage during an election receive campaign funding, therefore preventing the majority of elected executives from being able to deliver?"

According to him, the leadership of the NDC lost focus on the social democratic principles that drive the party.

"The NDC leadership must never underestimate Buttocks’ influence. Leaders have always been brought to their knees when making decisions by their buttocks, which have always governed the globe.

"Since everyone can now clearly see the inept leadership of Chairman Ofosu Ampofo, our separation has been justified. How can a female who is not a treasure to manage during an election receive campaign funding, therefore preventing the majority of elected executives from being able to deliver?" he noted.

Below is the full statement:

Good morning, esteemed National Executives of the National Liberation Congress (NLC) and numerous constituency executives. Please observe all protocols, friends from the media ladies and gentlemen

Having you all present at this news conference makes the NLC happy.

We’ll discuss the reasons the NLC split from the NDC.

The NDC leadership has failed to effectively govern the party and lacks a vision and hope for the party’s youth.

We will discuss the benefits of the government visiting the IMF for the nation as well as our reasons for supporting it.

How beneficial it is to plant for food, employment, and food.

We will discuss the necessity for additional banks to be established throughout the nation. Running the nation like a company.

We’ll discuss the benefits of removing fiscal support for specific economic sectors by the government.

A moment of silence to honor the memory of our fallen members, including Vice Amissah Arthur a, Evans Atta Mills, and the grassroots and foot soldiers of our great mother party.

The NLC split from our mother party, the NDC, as a result of poor leadership and terrible policy. The incumbent, which is a social democratic party, has carried out more social intervention programs than the NDC, but it lacks a sense of direction and optimism for the future.

Greed, greed, vindictiveness, monkeys working baboons chopping, loyalty being taken for granted with no compensation.

If we didn’t consult with or respect our founder JJ while he was alive, and the same goes for the other founders of our mother party, at least we can honor him and his legacy of forgiveness while he is in his afterlife.

If I may ask, when was the last time the leaders of our mother’s party visited to lay a flower on JJ’s grave? Look at how poorly our founder’s earlier freedom movements—like the 4th of June—were commemorated.

When given the chance to take charge, the NLC will unquestionably move the remains of our founder JJ Rawlings and former Vice President Paa Kwasi Bakoe Amissah Arthur to a lovely, appropriate location.

The NLC will erect a library in JJ Rawlings’ honor at a prominent location across the nation. His personal effects and moral remnants will be on exhibit in this library. All generations will be able to view him because he will be a popular tourist destination. In a classy tom with glass. In consultation with the family of the chosen location, the same can be done to all Presidents

One of JJ Rawlings’ complaints against the leadership was that there should be a greater filing fee for internal elections, which would sow the seeds of corruption within the party. letting the huge NDC’s buttocks sink and keep sinking.

The NDC leadership must never underestimate Buttocks’ influence. Leaders have always been brought to their knees when making decisions by their buttocks, which have always governed the globe.

Remember that the surviving members of our commemorates who are still affiliated with our mother party are carrying out our requests and helping us purge our month of terrible leadership and despotism. We appreciate them preserving the legacy the majority of the former DCEs, MPs, grassroots activists, and other former appointees—including those who became independent—make up the NLC. The NLC is made up of some NDP members and those who support JJ Rawlings’ concept of accountability and probity. The NLC is a social democratic party that stands up for fair justice, the underprivileged, and the people.

Since everyone can now clearly see the inept leadership of Chairman Ofosu Ampofo, our separation has been justified. How can a female who is not a treasure to manage during an election receive campaign funding, therefore preventing the majority of elected executives from being able to deliver?

As of now, the biggest opposition like the NDC should have been done with the selection of its leadership from the Branch, Constituency, and Regional up to National level.

A wake-up call for the reform of our dying mother party should have come from their failure to compile results starting in 2012 and getting worse through 2016 and 2020.They believe that by celebrating the shortcomings of the current administration, they will be able to win in 2024.

There is a proverb in the Kusasi language that says it’s only a matter of time before an affrodizer from a strange herbalist exposes the foolishness of a powerful man who is attempting to take over a recently rendered impotent man’s attractive wife due to recent injury.

As they cowardly attempted to rename the NDC to Arise Ghana pressure Group, the leadership of our mother party, the NDC, converted it into a keep-fit club.

The Arise Ghana initiative is a really smart step made by our country’s knowledgeable citizens that will keep the government on its toes to provide governance.

However, enabling the NDC leadership to take the lead. The lazy leadership of Chairman Ofosu Ampofo hopping for a coup d’etat in our country to derail our democracy will never wash.

The NLC is issuing a warning that we will deal with any political parties or pressure groups attempting to instigate a coup d’etat in our nation. Our democratic norms are now established.

We oppose military authority in this nation and will continue to do so. The NDC should be aware that there has never been a perfect state or ruler in history. All political parties have historically been elected to office through the ballot box, and the key to doing so is to outsmart your rival. Elections are won at the polling place, not by staying in shape and holding protests without significantly benefiting the populace.

In terms of restructuring our mother party, bringing the party together, and settling any power disputes as the party’s founder, John Dramani Mahama fills our benefactor JJ Rawlings’ shoes well. Rather than letting little lads without any background or connection to the grassroots lead him astray.

Including some of his former appointments who are avaricious, self-centered, and power-hungry, have damaged families, and are on an impossible mission to take the helm once more.

Without the support of the founders, old boys, veranda boys and girls, and stakeholders like Alban Kingsford, the NDC cannot and has never won an election. Sumana Bagbin, Sylvester Mensah, ET Mensah, Alhaji Mahama Addrisu, and Ekow Spio Gabrah. Azumah Dominic Former legislators Clitus Avoka, Portophy, Benjamin Kumbur, Moses Mabinbe, Betty Mood Iddirisu, Daniel Ohene Agyekum, Kwabena Duffour, Edward Doe Adjaho, Asiedu Nketia, Nuamah Donkor, Faustina Nelson, Alhaji Hudu Yahaya, Ibrahim Adams, Yaw Boateng Gyan, Gushie Tano, Prof. Joshua Alabi

Not to mention the smaller gatherings, known as morshrumms parties nowadays. You are not cooperating and working with the present EC as they continue to work with other political parties to make reforms for the 2024 election; instead, you will ask for forgiveness from the market as defeat due to poor planning lies ahead of you.

As the good leadership of Jean Mensah, Dr Serebour, Mr.Tetter, and Dr. Bossman Asare, have always put in place good measure in place towards election in this country. Very credible, transparent election in this country.

The NLC believes in Jean Mensah’s competent leadership one billion times better than that of incompetent Charllotte Osei who fought her colleagues in the office perfectly than supervising election in this country.

How might 5 million fail to compile results? How is it possible that 1.7 million people could not build a more capable IT center for data collection than the Binduri internet cafe that we all saw?

The NLC will undoubtedly save the NDC, reform it, and reconstruct it for the 2028 election with the help of our mother party’s people. We’ll carry on JJ’s legacy both internally and outside.

The NLC would like to express its congratulations to the NPP administration, which is led by Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo, and Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, a leader with unparalleled knowledge and vision. From where our nation/the world finds itself now as a result of the COV 19 economic collapse.

And with the impact of the sanctions brought on by the conflict between Russia and the Ukraine, Ghana has more reason to approach the IMF to restructure our economy.

As a result of the IMF’s guidance, the government will be able to invest more money in businesses, factories, and projects that will create jobs, giving the international community greater trust in our economy. The contractors will undoubtedly receive payment as well because their difficulties will be taken into consideration during discussions. Going to the IMF does not indicate a failing or broken economy. Running a nation involves borrowing and seeking assistance, particularly when you are undertaking more initiatives, particularly when it comes to social intervention programs.

With fewer than ten million people, Singapore has more than 365 banks, according to the NLC, thus the government should assist in the development of more banks in the nation.

Bank financing should be available to all economic sectors so they can expand together with the private sector. In order to have positive effects on our pockets, the nation should be managed like a business.

If the proper steps are taken, the dollar could become obsolete in our nation. One wouldn’t need the dollar to travel once there are more banks in our nation, ensuring that our banks may provide funds to businessmen and ladies in any country’s native currency directly to their preferred destination.

Then, we promote products created in Ghana by banning their importation into our nation. As we also ensure through quality control that we are getting the finest from our local producers, we may impose greater taxes on competitive imports to deter residents from purchasing them. But there will be difficulty when we observe all administrations managing the nation like a private proprietorship. What happens to the 35 million persons in a country with a population of roughly 36 million but less than 1 million on the government payroll?

Assuming that 10 million of our citizens are children, this indicates that around 25 million people require government assistance in the private sector, which is possible with more banks in the nation.

This is feasible if the government decides to stop funding certain sectors from the budget. He orders each of those divisions to make all of the government’s business divisions open. Every area of government has the potential to be commercially successful when working with the private sector. To make it possible for the government to focus its resources on delivering more vital services.

Dialysis, any chronic illness, heart disease, and liver disease are a few examples of conditions for which all Ghanaians are intended to receive free care. Government letter of credit to investors through the ministry of finance is required because investors and ministers must provide a payment schedule to the house for approval after projects are completed. Only such initiatives will generate tax revenue for the government.

To make it possible for the government to focus its resources on delivering more vital services.

When the government equips all technical schools with dump trucks, bitumen equipment, bulldozers, rollers, and basic roads machines, roads can also be maintained by our technical schools as the practical tasks, especially those doing Roads engineering.

We spend millions of dollars building roads, but after a few months, potholes and erosion appear. We wait for them to be finished, then re-award the contract to the same contractor to repair the same roads.

Government construction of affordable housing shouldn’t be taking place if there are more banks in our nation. People in the private sector should collaborate with the works and housing ministry to package employees from institutions who have broken the law with payment plans that deduct from their paychecks an amount equal to their current rent rate, which they can use to pay the mortgage on the low-income home of their choice.

Not like the government does.

The possession of homes by relatives and friends.
