Political Holiday

I have and always maintain, that, the public interest should be our guiding principle. Kindly permit me to be simple , precise and short this day like miniskirt.

Ever since I heed to the calls of my constituents and well-wishers to serve, I have striven to make the Ghana a better place to live . A country that works not just for a privileged few, but for everyone.

Back in 2020, we gave the people’s choice to elect their leaders. Though we could have won strategically, we observed for things to take it natural flow.

I feel as certain today as I always did with my people, but I believe it is right to preserve , even when odds against success seemed high .

With thorough and numerous consultations, I hereby announce my indefinite leave on active politics from June 21. I do so with no-ill-will, but with enormous and enduring gratitude to have had the opportunity to serve the country I love.

We will however keep giving a voice to the voiceless, fight the burning injustices that still scar our society.

That notwithstanding, I will still urge my followers and students of resilient leadership to keep the focus and check the government as useful oppositions.

I’m little, but this little light of mine, I’m gonna let it shine through my words and actions. So help me God .
