The ASA Savings and Loans Limited Mallam Business Centre has held a free medical health screening exercise for people within the community including customers.
The health screening exercise was held on Wednesday, May 18, 2022.
According to the Branch Manager for the Mallam Business Center Mrs. Philomena Boahemah Frimpong, the free medical health screening is part of ASA Savings and Loans’ corporate social responsibility.
The exercise was done under the supervision of Mr. Pope Neequaye who is the Area Manager for the financial institution.
At the end of the day, over 150 customers were screened and given medicine based on their health status.
The free medical screening exercise covered Hepatitis B tests, Malaria Tests, Sugar tests, and Breast Cancer examinations.
Wednesday’s exercise is just one of a number of free medical health screening exercises put together by ASA Savings and Loans Limited since the start of 2022.
In addition, various donations have been made to support homes that take care of needy children, all parts of the institution’s corporate social responsibility.
