Can you believe that National Service personnel have not been paid their allowances for July and August, plus a back pay?
Even with regards the back pay, we don't know how much it is , even if we will have any. Simply because the secretariat is silent on these issues.
The most annoying part is when you call the secretariat and they rudely say they don't know when the money will be in.
All this is alledgedly due to the fact that the Director, Boniface Aganbilla, is always in Bolga, campaining to become a Member of Parliament, thus shirking his responsibilities in Accra.
Please intercede on our behalf and save us. We are living in absolute poverty!
