An old man in Japan grows sweeter bananas which peel can be eaten. In the South of Germany, a young Lady farmer grows Mangos. What is still in the infant stage has the potential to grow big and overtake the current traditional farmers and countries.

Tomatoes respectively tomato past is sold in Africa pushing the local farmers out of business. Developed countries are under immense pressure to reduce their carbon footprint while consumers at the same time want to buy exotic fruits and vegetables all year round.

Consumers want the full aroma of fruits and vegetables as they know from holidays abroad. Logistics conditions see green fruits to be picked with less aroma. Long time and far distances before reaching from the field the consumer is cost-intensive and risky.

What seems like a mission impossible must be seen in the light of statements generations passed that the man will never fly, walk on the moon or see a heart transplant ever.

When mankind is faced with serious problems always a handful of people are ready and willing to go the extra mile and find a solution. Ghana and Africa as a whole must be aware of a potential threat to their economy and start finding a counterstrike as to change the economy and society is a lengthy process.

Or does Ghana and Africa allow the White Man one day to sell pineapple, mangos, bananas and cocoa to them to go naked and hide their shame in the bush behind the leaves?
