Accra, Nov.6, GNA - Osagyefuo Amoatia Ofori Panin, Okyenhene would on Saturday, November 29 undertake a marathon walk from Asiakwa to Kyebi in the morning to herald the commemoration of World AIDS Day, which falls on December 1.
A statement issued from the Office of the Okyenhene in Accra on Thursday said the exercise is to draw attention and create further awareness on the HIV/AIDS menace.
It said other activities planned for the day include counselling and testing sessions, public education and awareness campaign. The theme for this year's campaign is: " Compassion and Care".
