The National Badminton Association (NBA), organizers of the Naggesten National Championship has scheduled this year's national championship for January 24 and 25 at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The competition which was postponed from the initial January 10 and 11 due to a technical hitch is being sponsored by Messrs A Naggesten Co. Limited, a road construction firm based in Koforidua. The event would be in four different age categories, U-16 and U-18 for men and women.
The scoring system would be based on the International Badminton Association system while the outfit of competitors would predominantly be white.
The two-day championship would draw participants from all the ten regions of the country.
