NPP Europe Council of Elders mourn with Bawumia over lost of mother

The NPP Council of Elders of the Europe branch has send condolences to Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia over the demise of his mother.

Hajia Mariama Bawumia died on September 13 at age 82.

Per the Islamic tradition, she was buried today at Walewale in the North East Region at a private cemetery.

In a statement signed by the Deputy Secretary for NPP Europe Council of elders, Frederick A. Addo, the council offered prayers for Madam Mariama Bawumia who was laid to rest earlier on Tuesday.

“May Allah, Rahmanir Rahim expands her grave and lights it with his blessings. She was such a nice mother,” it said.
