Oti Regional youth calls on Regional Minister

Earlier on Wednesday, the Oti Regional Youth Wing of the ruling New Patriotic Party called on the Oti Regional Minister Hon. Joshua Makubu at the Coordinating Council in Dambai.

The Youth Wing led by *Commander King David Nkanbonam* officially congratulated the Minister on behalf of the teeming Youths of the Region on his appointment.

He thanked H.E the President for reposing confidence in the Youth by appointing one of their own and an ardent grassroot person. The Youth Wing pledged their unflinching support for the Minister and to ensure that his administration delivers on our promises towards breaking the eight (8).

On his part, the Hon. Minister was delighted to receive the high powered youth delegation. He thanked the Youths for the support and the manner in which they have conducted themselves so far. He admonished them to continue to serve and be loyal to the party, More importantly, refrain from endorsing or campaigning for any individual who shows interest in a Municipal/District Chief Executive, since the Youth Wing will need them all to succeed and for party cohesion.

The Hon. Regional Minister again, pledged to use his good office to promote the interest of all, especially the young people in the Region.

Present at the meeting were the Deputy Regional Youth Organizer; Hon. Hukash Muntari, Commander Salam Mustapha; Director of Programs at the office of the Vice President, all Constituency Youth Organizers and their Deputies, as well as serving Officers of the Regional Youth Wing.
