When is John Dramani Mahama being Sworn in as the President of Ghana?
10.01.2021 LISTEN

7th January 2021 has come; and 7th January 2021 has gone. The question many a discerning Ghanaian including myself is asking is, when will the former President John Dramani Mahama, the supposedly President-elect in the December 2020 presidential election, be sworn in as the President of Ghana? Prior to the mentioned date, the NDC faithful were causing mayhem in Ghana, hitting the streets protesting, burning tyres, destroying properties and chanting and avowing that come 7th January 2021, they would swear John Dramani Mahama in as the President of Ghana.

The NDC Members of Parliament as ignorant and self-styled violent entities with the sole right to possessing the key to violence as they are, joined their other streetwise NDC faithful to storm the Electoral Commission and chanting in unison that come 7th January 2021, they would swear in John Mahama as the President of Ghana.

Now that 7th January 2021 has come and gone, tongues are wagging, asking, when is John Mahama going to be sworn in as the President of Ghana? This is not the case of the Soothsayer warning Julius Caesar to beware the ides of March with Caesar answering, "The Ides of March are come", implying that the prophecy had not been fulfilled, to which the seer replied "Aye, Caesar; but not gone." Surely, Caesar was assassinated on the close of the day of the ides (15th) of March as warned. However, the 7th January 2021 is come and gone, unlike that fateful ides (15th) of March in the life of Julius Caesar.

Violence will not always earn you what you so desperately desire, NDC must bear this in mind.

Robust and effective strategies must be employed to counter the violent criminal tactics by the NDC, I advise. They should not be allowed to have their criminal way all the time.

I am not teasing them but just asking to clear the air of the doubt hovering around the minds of many a Ghanaian.

Resist the devil and he will flee, so the bible says. Therefore, let all civilized Ghanaians join forces to resist the devil in the NDC and it will flee to set them free to let them behave as normal civilized human beings.
