Minister for Chieftaincy and Religious Affairs Hon. Samuel Kofi Dzamesi who is also the NPP Parliamentary candidate for Ketu North Constituency has allegedly shared led bulbs to constituents to canvass for vote in the upcoming general elections.

The distribution of the led bulbs is being done by the campaign team of Mr. Dzamesi who contested and lost severally to the incumbent, Hon. Dr. James Klutse Avedzi.

The bulbs were shared to constituents at Penyi, a predominantly cassava farming community in the Ketu North Municipality on Sunday, September 27.

Despite the heavy rains, residents at Penyi trooped to the distribution points to receive a led bulb.

It was reported that an amount of GHS 5.00 has also been shared together with the bulb to the residents.

Other towns that got their share of the bulb are; Ehie, Weta and many other communities.

However, it is not known if the GHS 5.00 shared at Penyi was shared also in those communities too.
