Ghana coach, Claude Le Roy is under investigations in France and faces charges for social, false abuse and use of forgery in player transfer dealings.
The coach together with Patrick Proisy, President of RC Strasbourg from 1997-2003, last week met French prosecutors to give evidence for their roles in player transfers from 1998 to the end of the year 2001.
Both, Patrick Proisy and Claude Le Roy were put in police custody on Tuesday evening, before being heard by the public prosecutor of Strasbourg, Thursday.
They were later set free but remain under legal control.
About ten player transfer deals are been investigated by the French prosecutors involving the new Black Stars coach.
