The Head of a Pre-School at Nsawam in the Eastern Region, on Friday advised parents to invest in their children's education.
Pastor Kingsley Anderson, Head of the Good Foundation International School, gave the advice at a "get-together" organized by the management of the school for 500 school children at Nsawam in the Akwapim South District.
Pastor Anderson said children were the best assets that a parent could invest in because when the child is groomed, he would not be branded as agent of destruction by his actions.
He noted that when one is well educated, his activities would help improve the social conditions of his community, and thus move the country forward.
Pastor Anderson also the founder of the school, appealed to parents to send their wards to school without discriminating the boys from the girls.
He said the school, which was established two years ago, currently had an enrolment of 500 children spanning class one through class five.
