A group of Ex-workers of the Graphic Corporation are appealing to the President to set up an independent committee to investigate circumstances under which they were laid off in 1993.

In a petition the group also called on the president to ensure that the appropriate compensations are paid them since they did not receive their entitlements when they were laid off. According to the group they are tired with pursuing legal action since it has failed to establish the truth.

Speaking to Joy News the Representative of the Group, James Baiden said the group believes that the president is the only person who can Guarantee them Justice.

Mr. Baiden said the inability of the group to get good legal representation has been the only reason that has kept them from bringing their grievance before the president.
