A.U. T. Congratulates New President Of Malawi
01.07.2020 LISTEN

There is a New Dawn in Malawi! From the Africans United for Taiwan (AUT), we heartily congratulate His Excellency Dr. Lazarus Chakwera, the President of Malawi, and the entire citizens of Malawi for the victory of a progressive leader at the presidential re-run election, held on Tuesday 23rd June 2020. We congratulate every Malawian, whether living at home or outside for successful swearing-in of the new President.

This record-breaking victory speaks volumes. Suffice it to say that the results were an eloquent testimony to the fact that the people of Malawi have come of age and need a fixer to fix their broken nation. The election of President Chakwera fits in here, to lead with vision, wisdom and fear of God. It was a keenly contested presidential re-run election, but at the end of the process, the Malawian people voted for change despite attempt by the wrongdoers to put a fight and obstacles.

It is our belief that the election of President Chakwera would not be misinterpreted as a winning for old wine in new bottle; but as a winning to serve the people, and not to be boss over the people, and not to be served by the very people that the President supposed to serve.

The Africans United for Taiwan (AUT) wishes that President Chakwera serves as a role-model leader for others to follow. The President should as a first start, review all institutions of governance, ensure that nepotism and tribalism are buried and never allow to surface in any corner of Malawi. His government should be seen as one of consent and not one-man dictatorship. The President should endeavour to work towards ensuring that Malawians no longer live in fear of their own government; underdevelopment and retrogression must go!

The Africans United for Taiwan (AUT) is happy to note from his inaugural speech that, the President is willing to work towards clearly have his name written in the Guinness of Records, and we encourage the President to make Malawi one again, prosperous and happy for all Malawians.

We do not expect the Malawian President to change the world overnight; yes, he can make his impact felt in every corner of Malawi so that future generations will read about him with pride and respect, and also for others to emulate him.

Once more congratulations, President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera.

Long Live the noble People of Malawi!

Long Live Malawi!!
