George Floyd: I Can't Breathe And Demand For Pseudo Political Change

Feature Article George Floyd: I Can't Breathe And Demand For Pseudo Political Change
JUN 8, 2020 LISTEN

Some politicians in America have again been paid by the extreme capitalists to parrot an agenda which the African Americans are gradually falling for.

Out of the blue, some political leaders who are now pretending to be condemning black suppression and oppression, are calling for a change of political power as a panacea to addressing this rot. The question is, were they not the very people who superintendent over same systemic rot purely driven by the greed of capitalism for over 400 years? Did some of these leaders recently not pass laws to enhance the suppression of African-Americans by using the judicial system, and executive powers to protect the racist American police for abuse, excessive and arbitrary use of force against innocent African-Americans?

Don't we know how the American prisons owned by private businessmen makes money from the taxpaying American citizens? Don't we know why the African-American constitute 60%-80% of the prison population in America?

Don't we know why the undocumented instructions given to the racist police system encourage shooting and killing of any African-American on least or no resistance to unwarranted arrest? Has the end of slave patrols not gave rise to police departments in 1833 to protect wealthy Americans during the time of major growth, urbanization, and civil unrest? Is not the racist American police not operating on same slave patrol metality in this 21st century?

Has the American laws and system changed significantly from the time the slave code which prevented access of blacks in America to education, trade, commerce, and industry, family bonding etc was established? The punishment of slaves which was enshrined in law, and the violence that sustained slavery that went far beyond whipping but included amputation, disfiguring, branding, killing and torturous executions changed?

The young African-Americans should know their history and demand for systemic changes that has impeded their progress for over 400 years.

The agitation for peudo-political change by some opportunistic politicians will not solve the problem. Again, the wicked politician is diverting attention from the real issues that must be addressed. The systemic changes must be seen to happen at the levels of counties, state and federal governments. The laws and systems of institutions of power must be critically examined to align to the demands of the Black Lives Matter movement.

The politicains demanding for pseudo-politcal change must be ignored. They have had the opportunity to enact the necessary laws to prevent racism. They failed woefully. I am not saying retaining Trump either will result in enacting laws that will effectively stop black oppression and racism.

The liberation of the blacks has always been led by the blacks. This is the time to demand for concrete policy changes that will redirect the path of America. The politicians don't rule or govern America. It is the capitalists.

Let America be great again!
