Miss Mabel Germain, CEO of Access Media, the organisers, has this to say.
"We will like many film lovers and the general public to participate in the festival in order to view all the important past productions they have missed. They could also buy at the festival grounds.
The seminars, workshops, especially will enable enthusiasts to enter film making to get an overview or to peek through windows of the industry before they enter.
The film industry has almost collapsed or given way to Nigerian films for many reasons, some superstitious.
The seminars will give both marketers and markets an opportunity to exchange notes.
