Here is our February cover featuring Nana Afua Antwi, the1st Ghanaian model to win Britain's Top Model of Colour.

In this month's Zen, we look at a number of African models who have forged their own distinctive style on and off the catwalk. Nana Afua Antwi is arguably one of the most stylistically individual models of her age, while unarguably remaining one of Ghana's hottest models.

She is the 1st Ghanaian model to win Britain's Top Model of Colour and is a BEFFTA Awards Winner for Female Model of the Year in 2011 and Young Achiever of the year in 2013. Her look is seriously impossible to categorise – part fierce, part your girl next door; a glamorous and open-minded individual who loves to learn, create and support everyone around her. I've known Nana for almost 5 years, and despite becoming such a great model she has retained her humility, genuine compassion for others and sense of humour.

This is definitely going to be one of my favourite covers because I have witnessed Nana's rise in the industry and I tell you her best is still yet to come. This month, Nana Afua takes us through her amazing journey. A journey filled with pain, joy, love, and hope (while making us laugh, too).

As you know, it's another packed month on Zen and it's aValentine month – so this month we talk about it all! We include our list of the Top 10 “African” fashion models in the world, some of the best fashion tips of all time from designer Annerose MUYOMBANO who also takes us through her fashion collection, as well as 10 fun facts you didn't know about South African superstar TV presenter and brand ambassador Boity. We love it when our sexy celebrities enjoy fashion and this month, our celebrity style crush is on TV presenter and actress JOSELYN DUMAS and music star THE WEEKND.

If all this isn't enough to get you hooked on Zen, then allow us to WOW you with our style interviews with 2 of Africa's most versatile musicians, Manifest from Ghana and Ikechukwu from Nigeria. The amazing thing about Zen every month is we try our best to get our readers stories from all across Africa so whether you are new toZen or have been an existing reader, there is always something in Zen for you.

It makes me so proud and honoured that so many of you write in, submit articles and sometimes, even sharing details with us you haven't shared with anybody else. Without all your love and support, we won't be able to produce a quality magazine that gets completely inside your minds. So please do enjoy this issue. Like every Zen issue, it was written for you our readers so please get back to us by commenting freely on our link below. Tell us what you think of Nana's cover and which stories you are itching to read this month.
