Jamaican singer Sean Kingston might cancel his major concert in Nairobi, which was set to take place in July.

This comes after he got involved in a watercraft accident on Saturday. Kingston's injuries are so severe that he is being treated in the trauma ward.

His rep said that his injuries were so severe and might lead to the ' Beautiful Girls' singer cancelling some of his future shows. “Sean Kingston was in an accident. He is very traumatised at the moment, thus putting on hold some of his future plans,” he told TMZ.

Apart from the Kenyan concert, Sean was also scheduled to perform in Uganda and Rwanda.

The 21-year-old singer and songwriter was born in Miami, US, and later moved to Kingston, Jamaica, when he was six. He burst on to the music scene in 2007 with his smash hit ' Beautiful Girls' and since then has never looked back, putting out numerous chart topping singles including ' Me Love', 'Take You There', 'Fire Burning', 'Face Drop', 'Eenie Meenie' and ' Letting ' (Dutty Love). He is a nephew to reggae artiste Buju Banton.
