Celebrated hi-life musician Ben Brako has starred in his first ever movie, No Apologies, produced by Jalesberg Movie Productions.

Ben Brako who played the role of a chief in the movie told Hitz Entertainment News in an interview after the media preview and premier of the movie Thursday that it's been an exciting experience for him and he may consider continuing with acting depending on public response.

“It's been interesting, exciting and everything. I am just watching to see how people react to it. I will consider all roles; after all it is part of the same occupation; music and acting,” he said.

Ben Brako disclosed that he had been offered several scripts and roles before but turned them down due to his work and the timing.

“I have been offered a lot of roles before and it has just never worked out, sometimes the timing doesn't suit me and I may be busy doing other things.”

Contrary to stories that he has quit music for acting, the legendary musician who has had a music career spanning over 20 years said he will still actively do music.

“If people are saying my acting wasn't bad maybe there will be some more in the pipeline” promising that he will not quit music. “I will not leave the music…you don't have to leave one to do the other.”

No Apology tells the story of two siblings, Patrick (Prince David Osei) and Barbara (Yvonne Okoro) who interestingly fell in love with each other. Due to this love, either of them was faced with severe rejections and attacks in case the other showed interest in a suitable partner.

As things get deeper, Barbara coincidentally discovered a secret that will change the complexion of this 'abominable' relationship.

This intriguing discovery triggered Barbara who fell head over heels for Patrick to go to bed with her brother who came home drank.

This nocturnal affair turned their fraternal relationship into an erotic one. How this 'abominable' love adventure will end is what the movie holds.

The movie also stars a long list of Ghanaian stars that includes Kofi Adjorlolo and Paulina Oduro and will be released on March 7.
