
Charity was one of the major projects Efua promised during the Miss Vienna Pageant and ever since she emerged as the winner, the undertaking has cut across many and hoping to meet the rest (less privilege/disabled) before her term comes to an end in November, 2012.
During the Easter holiday, Esther Efua Essel donated items like clothes, shoes and toys and above all took the orphans of the Good Shepherd orphanage home on an excursion tour to Akosombo Dam and it club house to have fan. With her second project, she supported the Joy fm social work with bags if rice and gallons of oil.
Come 23rd and 30th June, 2012 at 7:00am, the Face of Vienna City will embark on a Free Health Screening at the premises of Vienna City (Cirlce) and Tema Com.1 at the T.M.A parking lot (Tema) respectively. With a theme as; “No pesewa for your Health,” Esther urges all to come and check our health status for free.
In collaboration with the Universal Developmental Learning College-Tema and Mikelis laboratory: “Checking of blood pressure, Weight check, Hepatitis B check, Malaria check and Wound care” are the screening attendee is bound for. “Consul Ghana or Vienna City is not only for entertainment and we are very proud that our Face is projecting the other side of us. The estimated number of persons to be immunized is 500 so come in order to know your status and acquire free knowledge on health matters,” said by Mr. Okai, the managing director of Consul Ghana limited.
