BITTER TRUTH ON MARRIAGE (Part 15) Married Woman

08.02.2012 LISTEN
By Deacon ALBINUS CHIEDU

Submission is not subjugation. It is making your mission in life as a woman, a sub-mission to your husband's mission so that you are not running in different directions.

“Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord” (Ephesians 5: 22)

“Therefore, as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in everything” (Ephesians 5: 24)

Respect is more important to men than anything else because of egoistic nature of man. The things we feel like doing when our husbands mess up are the things that hinder intimacy; like nagging, like lecturing one's husband and complaining. These things turn men off. Words hurt men really deep. So, harlots are intelligent enough to know what loose men want and they provide just what attracts; sweet words and attractive postures.

If you want to remain attractive to your husband and make him always want to come close, pursue inner beauty. What attracts a man is beauty. Women are designed to be beautiful. Men are designed to appreciate their beauty. That is why the beauty contests are about women. Pursue inner beauty.

Women are beautiful. Men are rough copies. Women are refined. God made man straight from the dust. God made a woman from the man; not from the dust. Women are more refined than men. Men have raw muscle. Women are smooth. It is when spiritual people pretend about real issues of life; that is when they fall into sin. So, for you as a woman, beat that woman outside through you shower of love for your husband.

Your husband is going out to do business, talk to the market women, the secretary, the marketers, etc. If the last thing he saw at home was grandma with wrapper tied around the chest and trademark on the cheek from saliva that had stayed overnight, how do you expect him to respond to that?
