I. Beloved Sisters and Dear Brothers in the Lord, do you have someone to help you? Are you a source of help to others? Do you exploit your helpers? Who are you looking up to as your helper? Brethren, today the Lord is at the door of your heart and saith, "Wilt thou be made whole? Is a question Jesus Christ asks an impotent man at the pool of Bethesda. The man, having been ill for 38 years, expresses his frustration at not having anyone to help him into the pool when the water was stirred. Jesus then commands him, "Rise, take up thy bed, and walk," and the man is immediately healed. The man’s response is fascinating, but in reality, we are often found answering the same way. Do you want to be healed?' Then he responds, I have no one to help me. Maybe you are at the pool of Bethesda waiting for the angels to stir up the water for you to enter for your breakthrough. But today, Jesus Christ is asking you the same question: do you want to be healed?
II. Daughter of Zion, yes, maybe truthfully you have no one to help you because you are looking at men for your divine help. Men cannot help you unless they are ordered from above to do so. Maybe you are struggling on your own to climb upwards and fail several times because you want to depend on your might and capacity. Others may also put impediments in your way because you have departed from the divine path to the ungodly path. But, beloved, I have good news for you: never lose hope; the Lord Jesus Christ has come to redeem you. Jesus Christ will today command, "Rise, take up thy bed, and walk." Today, Christ Jesus is ordering you to unwrap your clothes from the grave and go, for you cannot walk in the land of the living with grave clothes on. The old state of singlehood must be put behind you to enjoy your marriage. The old way must give way to the new nature; no one can serve two masters. One must give way in order to experience the positive. Get loose and let go; it is time to let go. It is time to part ways. It is time to divorce and evict your old bad habits and accommodate, concentrate, and build a new way of life.
III. Son of man, hear thou the WORD OF GOD, the dead man Lazarus came out of the grave with his hands and feet wrapped with strips of linen and a cloth around his face. Jesus said to them, "Take off the grave clothes and let him go." The grave close of the old nature must be replaced in order to live the new status. Sometimes the path of surrender may be painful initially, but in the end it will work together for our good. Other times, it may get lonely, which is why many are afraid to let go. But when you let go and let God lead, you leave room for Him to move exceedingly abundantly in your life. Away with the grave clothes, of I have no one to help me. Put away the grave clothes of disappointment in order to get an appointment.
IV. Beloved brethren in the Lord, it is time to let go of the pains of yesterday, let go of the failures, and depart from the graveyard. A resurrected being does not stay at the tomb. You must separate yourself from unproductive ventures, relationships, habits, and movements. It is your decision time, for no man can serve two masters: either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will hold on to the one and despise the other. Ye cannot serve both God and Mammon. This is a DIVINE KINGDOM-FOCUSED ENCOURAGEMENT sent forth through the Authority and Power of Christ Jesus and serves the brethren through God's Vessel Francis Ameyibor, Yes! Do you have a helper? Do you know your helper? Do you know and trust that Jesus Christ is the master helper?
V. 2025 MY YEAR FOR MY STAR TO RISE FOR THE WORLD TO NOTICE— Let go, and all things shall work together for your good according to God's purpose for your life.
PRAYER: SOVEREIGN LORD, I commit that brother who needs your help to let go into your hands for strength to take that first step. LORD, today I join that sister on her knees for empowerment to part ways with the grave clothes and leave the graveyard. LORD, today I pray that you touch many through your word to rededicate their lives to you only through Christ Jesus' name – Amen!
