I. MY DEAR BROTHERS, and to those who are sanctified in Christ Jesus and called to be saints, with all those in every place who call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, their Lord and ours. Beloved, you need a comforter. You need a support base. You need a solid foundation to stand on at all times. Today, someone is depending on you as his or her comforter, extend that right hand of fellowship. Today, you need someone to comfort you, don’t build a defensive wall around you. Brethren, in this world, we may encounter times of sorrow, hardship, and uncertainty, that’s when we need someone to offer us a soft pillow to put our heads on. We need to hear those comforting and inspiring words to strengthen us. You need someone to help you heal and recover from the wounds of yesterday. You need a comforter. I need a comforter. We all need comforters. And We are charge to be comforters also.

II. MY BELOVED SISTER, sometimes we often find ourselves in need of comfort and reassurance. As believers, we are not only recipients of comfort but also called to be comforters. The apostle Paul writes, praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God. You have come to that crossroad for training so that when you graduate, you will also be able to teach others how to come out. Sometimes the challenges are for our good, as God will use it to empower us to be overcomers and become experienced teachers who have gone through fire to teach others. Beloved throughout Scripture, we see the importance of comforting one another. In book of Romans, we are instructed to rejoice with those who rejoice; mourn with those who mourn. This is an instruction and order to comfort even people who are rejoicing, yes people who are rejoicing also needs comfort through guidance not to over rejoice and step out of bounds.

III. SON OS MAN, the Bible encourages us to show empathy and compassion, which is rooted in our identity as children of God. As we experience the comfort of God in our own lives, we are compelled to extend that comfort to others. When we , we create a safe and supportive community where individuals feel seen, heard, and valued. Comfort has the power to heal emotional wounds, restore hope, and foster connection. Comfort can bring solace to those experiencing grief, pain, or trauma, and it can remind us that we are not alone and that better days are ahead. Comfort can also deepen relationships and create a sense of belonging within our community. Someone in your church, in your family, at your work place, or within your community needs some comforting words today. Your presence can simply be the comfort that someone close to you needs today. Let us strive to create a community where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. Let us not leave anyone behind.

IV. DAUGHTER OF ZION, today, i encourage you to provide the comfort zone for someone. Look out also for someone who will serve as your comfort zone. Sometimes, all someone needs is someone to listen to their story. Or be present with those who are hurting, even if it's just sitting together in silence. Or offer to help with errands, meals, or other tasks that may be overwhelming. And your intercession on behalf of those who are hurting, and pray with them for comfort and guidance. Beloved, comforting one another is not only a biblical mandate but also a powerful way to build a compassionate community. May we be comforted by God's presence in our lives, and may we extend that comfort to those around us. This is the DIVINE WORD to strengthen the brethren sent forth through the Authority of Christ Jesus and served through God's Vessel Francis Ameyibor. Yes! Let us commit to being a comforter in our community, let us seek out opportunities to listen, offer physical presence, provide practical support, and pray with and for one another.

V. 2025 MY YEAR FOR MY STAR TO RISE FOR THE WORLD TO NOTICE—Together, let us build a compassionate community that reflects the comfort and love of God.

PRAYER: LORD, today we pray for all those who are hurting and going through silent pains for your comfort. Lord, today, we pray that you send that comforter to strengthen and support those who are cast down. Lord, today, we yield to your will to through Christ Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
