Fear Not, for the Enemy You See Today, You Shall See Them No More

Fear Not, for the Enemy You See Today, You Shall See Them No More

I. Daughter of Zion, grace be unto you through Christ Jesus’ name. Amen. Beloved, as we journey through this month, let us also reflect on God's unwavering promise to deliver us from the forces of oppression and fear. God is in charge of our lives and everything that concerns us. And Moses assured the people, Fear not, stand firm, and see the salvation of the Lord. Every turn this year, you need a Moses to assure you to not fear, as it is a weapon that will prevent you from seeing the hand of God. You need a Moses to assure you to stand firm. The world is unstable, but we need support to stabilize us daily. When you take away fear and stand firmly, you will have a clear vision, both physically and spiritually, to see and encounter divine deliverance.

II. Son of Man, the assurance is that today God will demonstrate His power in your life, and the enemy pursuing you, the enemy whom you see today, you shall see them again no more. Remember that the Israelites, having been enslaved in Egypt for centuries, were finally on the brink of freedom. Look, the battle does not end when you become victorious. It is after you have won that the real battle begins. Don’t prepare to fight for victory alone; prepare to sustain the victory. Prepare to fight the enemy within. Remember that the enemy will not give up; after victory, you shall come to the shores of the Red Sea. The enemy will reorganize to pursue you and is determined to recapture you. The enemy of sin you defeated yesterday will regroup today to attack you tomorrow, so be vigilant at all times. As a leader, you must not entertain fear when you see the enemy regrouping and pursuing you and your people. Fear gripped the hearts of the Israelites, but Moses, their leader, stood firm, assuring them of God's deliverance. Provide leadership through standing on the promises of God always and with the conviction that God, who granted you victory, will not desert you.

III. My Beloved Sisters and Dear Brothers, be assured that God can break the chains of oppression, freeing us from the forces that seek to hold us captive. God's presence and promise can dispel fear, replacing it with faith and confidence. God's deliverance can bring clarity and direction, even in the midst of uncertainty. Today, let us walk and trust in God's sovereignty, let us obey God's instructions, and let us not entertain fear; let us stand firm on God’s word. The Israelites' deliverance depended not on their strength or abilities but on God's sovereign power. Your daily victories and breakthroughs are not by your own doing but through the divine work of God. Moses' obedience to God's instructions was crucial in the Israelites' deliverance, reminding us of the importance of obedience to God's Word. Disobedience alienates us from God’s presence and limits the power of God at work through us. Today, may the words of the Lord, through Moses, "Fear not, stand firm," serve as a powerful reminder to stand firm in our faith, even in the face of adversity.

IV. Precious in the Lord, may we be reminded of the promise in, "The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?" Like the Israelites, we may trust in God's deliverance and salvation, standing firm in our faith, even in the face of adversity. The LORD is my light and my salvation—whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life—of whom shall I be afraid? When evil men advance against me to devour my flesh, when my enemies and my foes attack me, they will stumble and fall. This is a DIVINE ASSURANCE sent forth through the Authority and Power of Christ Jesus and served to the brethren through God's Vessel, Francis Ameyibor. Yes! Though an army may encamp against me, my heart shall not fear; though war may rise against me, I will be confident in this.

V. 2025 MY YEAR FOR MY STAR TO RISE FOR THE WORLD TO NOTICE— One thing I have desired of the LORD, that will I seek: That I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to inquire in His temple.

PRAYER: Gracious Lord, we thank you for the reminder of your deliverance and salvation. May your presence in my life dispel fear, replacing it with faith and confidence. May we trust in your sovereignty, obey your instructions, and stand firm in our faith. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
