May the Pillar of God Lead You by Day and Night

I. Son of man, grace be multiplied unto you and your household. And the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of cloud to lead them the way and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light to go by day and night. May this divine promise inspire us to seek God's guidance and leadership in our daily lives. We need God’s pillars to direct our day and night; without it, we are exposed to all the attacks of the world. The enemy is closely following us, watching our movements and ready to attack us at any moment we slip. The enemies of this year have mounted their war machinery and are fully armed to pursue us to ensure that we do not cross over. They want to stop our new venture. The enemy wants to stop you from undertaking that project. You therefore need the pillar of God to protect your backs and also lead us all the way.

II. Daughter of Zion, the Israelites' journey through the wilderness, the pillar of cloud by day and the pillar of fire by night served as tangible reminders of God's presence and guidance. This divine pillar symbolized: God's leadership, protection, and provision. The pillar led the Israelites through the wilderness, navigating them through uncertain terrain, providing shelter and protection from the harsh desert environment, and illuminating their path, ensuring the Israelites had light to journey through the darkness. This year as we journey through, we need God’s direction to guide us, we need God to provide us with divine and physical shelter, and we need divine protection from all harm. We need divine light to lead us through when we come to any dark environment. Let us seek divine direction. Let us stay under the pillar of God.

III. My Beloved Sisters and Dear Brothers As we journey through life's wilderness, we too can rely on God's pillar of guidance. May we seek to trust in God's leadership, seek God's protection, and follow God's illumination. This year let us acknowledge God's sovereignty and trust in His plan for our lives. Let us recognize our vulnerabilities and seek God's shelter and protection. And this year, brethren allow God's Word to illuminate our path, guiding us through life's challenges. As we reflect on the pillar of God's presence, we can glean valuable spiritual lessons: God's presence is constant, God's guidance is available, and God's power is unwavering. As the pillar remained with the Israelites throughout their journey, may it remain with us throughout our pilgrimage. May it always remind us that God's presence is always with us.

IV. Precious in the Lord, may the pillar provide us with clear direction, and we seek God's guidance through prayer, scripture, and the Holy Spirit. The pillar demonstrated God's mighty power, reassuring us that His strength is always available. Beloved, may we be reminded of God’s promise: "Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me." May the pillar of God's presence lead us by day and night, guiding us through life's journey and reminding us of His unwavering love and guidance. This is a DIVINE ASSURANCE sent forth through the Authority and Power of Christ Jesus and served to the brethren through God's Vessel, Francis Ameyibor. Yes! Deliver me from my enemies, O my God: Defend me from them that rise against me. Deliver me from the workers of iniquity, and save me from bloody men.

V. 2025 MY YEAR FOR MY STAR TO RISE FOR THE WORLD TO NOTICE—The Lord will remove from you all sickness, and He will not put any of the harmful diseases of Egypt that you have known, but He will lay them on all who hate you.

PRAYER: Gracious Lord, we thank you for the reminder of your presence and guidance in our lives. May your pillar of cloud by day and fire by night lead us through life's wilderness, illuminating our path and providing shelter and protection. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
