I. Son of Man I have good news for you. Worry no more, for God, is still in control of your affairs. I know sometimes you feel unappreciated by people you have helped but don’t worry, God is aware. We have all experienced moments where we felt forgotten or overlooked. Whether it's a promise unfulfilled, an expectation unmet, or a sense of being invisible. But I assure you today that even if the Chief Butler and others forget about your help that put them in the position of power, God remembers. Your kindness was unto God, not unto that ungrateful person. It is God who will reward you. Go back to God for your reward. Trust God's sovereignty and providence. Don't rely on human promises or recognition. Remember God's faithfulness and past deliverance. Wait patiently and hope in Him.
II. Daughter of Zion, the encounter of Joseph with the Chief Butler should encourage you to look up to God for your due season. Joseph was sold into slavery by his brothers. He was falsely accused by Potiphar’s wife and imprisoned for a crime he did not commit. Yet, God's presence and providence were evident. Sometimes God uses your perceived enemies as an instrument for you to reach out to your next level. Even if they meant it for evil, through your reaction, God will turn to your good at the end of it. How you react to your perceived enemies is crucial. Joseph held on to the Lord, never focusing on the enemies. Joseph’s dreams, which created enmity between him and his brothers, were the same channel God used to honour him. What do you have in your hands? Appreciate what God has deposited in you and begin to use it to His glory.
III. My Beloved Sisters and Dear Brothers, Joseph helped the Chief Butler and the Baker through the interpretation of their respective dreams and charged the Chief Butler, when you are restored unto your position of authority again according to the interpretation of the dream, don’t forget about me. But when the Chief Butler was restored, he forgot about Joseph temporarily. Beloved, is it possible God placed the spirit of forgetfulness on Chief Butler for the due season? All those who have forgotten about you for the good deeds you did for them directly or indirectly are under God’s divine forgetfulness spell. In due season, Pharaoh will also dream, and God will remove the forgetfulness spell on those people for them to remember that you are the rightful person for the honour. Within three days, Pharaoh will lift up your head and restore you to your position, and you will put Pharaoh’s cup in his hand, just as you used to do when you were his cupbearer.
IV. Brethren in Christ, Joseph told the Chief Butler, But when all goes well with you, remember me and show me kindness; mention me to Pharaoh and get me out of this prison. I was forcibly carried off from the land of the Hebrews, and even here I have done nothing to deserve being put in a dungeon. Even when the chief butler forgets Joseph, God has not forgotten him. In fact, God is working behind the scenes to fulfil His purposes. Have you forgotten about your Joseph? This is a DIVINE AWAKENING MESSAGE sent forth through the Authority and Power of Christ Jesus, and served to you through God's Vessel Francis Ameyibor, Yes! When we feel forgotten or overlooked, we can rest in the truth that God sees, knows, interprets, speaks, remembers, and delivers.
V. 2024 MY YEAR TO ENCOUNTER DIVINE BREAKTHROUGH – God’s memory is perfect, and His faithfulness is unwavering. Like Joseph, we can trust that God is working everything out for our good, even when others forget.
