Ghanaians have been advised to inculcate the habit of going for professional massage to help calm their nerves and make them relaxed after hard day's work.

Madam Salomey Darko Bruku who gave the advice noted that the importance of professional massage and spa service in this fast- paced era cannot be underestimated.

According to her people who do not know and are not accessing professional massage and spa services are doing a great disservice to their bodies since not all diseases require the intake of drugs.

"Professional massage has enormous benefits, why would you even take drug to make you sleep when we can massage you and put you to sleep", she noted adding we want the whole Ashanti, Brong and Regions in the North to come and have a feel of our various services even if it's once a while".
