Caroline Esinam Adzogble is a profound Entrepreneur, Educationist, Business Coach, Diversity maverick, an advocate for women and girls in technology and the founder of IAES Africa, Potters International College, Admission in 30 Minutes, Everyday Travels and Tours, Caroline Technology Solutions, Co-Founder and President of Caroline University and the Mercy Heart Foundation.

She established her reputation in the Education space as the youngest female to own and run an Accredited International College in 2016.

IAES Africa, a platform for international student recruitment and international institutional partnerships; one that focuses on building student capacity in various international schools with students from all over Africa, Middle East, and South East of Asia expanding opportunities for institutions, education consultants, and students, a company that gained international recognition for its pioneering innovations in educational exchanges.

Launched on the 15th of April 2018, Caroline seeks to curb the daunting task of International Student Recruitment one that focuses on increasing student admission rates for Institutions and helping students navigate applying to schools locally or internationally easier. Admission in 30 minutes is a robustly built and technology-driven platform that has the vision to make student recruitment the most fun and easiest thing to do. To date, the platform can boast of 60 International Partners and 2000+ students using the platform to find the right educational opportunities.

Caroline is giving back to the society through the Mercy Heart Foundation. MHF provides merit-based scholarships for students to study abroad on a tuition-free basis. Caroline is expanding her causes in areas of providing access to technology tools for the youth including laptops, tablets, internet, Food for the Poor and Shelter for the Homeless

Today, Caroline is the innovative Co-founder and President behind Caroline University; a platform that exists to train the youth in technology and entrepreneurship, to ease them through an accelerator and incubation program and finally investing in potential businesses, a platform she co-created with Futurist Kwame A.A Opoku.

In 2017, IAES Africa was nominated for Education Startup of the Year – 2017 and Caroline for the Young Achievers Award – 2017.

Caroline’s efforts compliment her choice of office location which sits on the Presidential Floor at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel. The 9th Floor headquarters all of Caroline’s ventures and hosts all training programs as well.
