This Steamed Jollof Rice Recipe Is A Great Way To End Your Holiday!

Ingredients
Rice
Cow leg, chicken, goat meat, shrimp or any
meat of choice

Olive oil
Tin tomatoes
Onion, garlic, ginger (fresh ones)
Fresh pepper green/red
Powdered dry tomatoes
Powdered smoked fish/shrimp
Bits of kebab pepper
Vegetables (your choice) no cabbage as that will change the taste n smell of yuor jollof

1 magic shrimp cube
Method
To start blend onion, ginger, garlic and pepper together with a little water plus Maggie.

Pour the mixture on meat and steam them for a while and tenderly cook your meat.

Take the meat out of the bowl, place them in a foil, don’t fry yet but add a little bit of kebab pepper on it n cover and add blended tomatoes powder, tomatoes paste together with your powdered smoked fish or shrimp to the onion on the fire no water and stir till the stew is cooked.

Fry your meat
After that get the rice out in a bowl
(Remember no water is needed in this jollof rice making)

Put fried hard meat in stew for 5 min, add ur vegetables and then add rice (don’t wash it please)

After adding rice ensure that the stew is not too much that it makes the rice looks like it’s in water (stewey) also don’t make it too dry that the rice looks like it’s already cooked and ready to be eaten. Half way through is good, not too much stewey and not too dry as well.

Put silicon cover on it and add cover it with napkins (lots of it) to trap the steam inside the bowl. Cover it up and put fire ton low so it can cook rice nicely as we only cook this rice with heat and the stew not water.

Turn the rice after every 10-15 min to ensure that both the top and the bottom are getting enough heat.

Ensure it's well cooked and enjoy!
