INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 3 pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 bananas, peeled, sliced, and frozen
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth and creamy and no chunks of dates remain.

NOTES:
Options:
*To make this chocolatey, blend in cacao powder.
*If you would like this smoothie sweeter, you can add a drizzle of maple syrup to the blender
