Incredible hassle-free Christmas Cake
I guess most of us will like to enjoy some cakes and pastries this festive season. If it's not possible to order some, I would like to share simple tips and a basic cake recipe that we use at my bakeshop, Terez cakes & more.

These ingredients can be bought from any market especially from those that sell Flour and cake goods.

Tips: Don't hassle for a cake pan. U can coat a metal cooking pan with Magarine and dust it with flour or a foil takeaway bowl. See pix below.

Tip 2. Follow the instructions word for word
Tip 3. Put oven on medium heat after arranging all ingredients to start baking

Tip 4. 1 cup can be a tea cup. It equals 250ml which is half of the small size of voltic water bottle. At worse cut a bottle in half and use as a measurement tool.

Tip 5. This recipe calls for oil in place of butter. It's healthier and easier to work with. I recommend sunflower oil because it's lighter and clearer

Tip 6. Milk. You can use evaporated milk or full cream milk. At worse you can add milk powder and water.

Tip 7. Remember to buy both baking soda and baking powder. These work together to give you a softer cake.

Tip 8. If you start smelling the aroma of the cake about 20 mins of baking then you should monitor it by checking heat so it doesn't burn.

It's also important to keep oven door shut until cake is fully risen. Which is about 20 mins.
