GIS holds Arts Exhibition

The Goethe Institute last week came to life with an exhibition under the theme “Young minds Great talents” by the Ghana International (GIS) School Arts Department.

The exhibition, which lasted for three days, brought to light some of the amazing talents the school had to offer from their department.

Several artworks created by the students, from both the senior and junior schools, were on display at the exhibition, which pulled both parents and children, as well guests from all walks of life, to the venue.

So creative were the works that it was no surprise that the Guest Speaker for the launch, Professor Ablade Glover, a renowned artist and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Artist Alliance, had to acknowledge that the art works exhibited were true masterpieces of young minds and indeed, great talents.

With several works on display from the students, ranging from paintings, sculptures, to Mosaics, one could tell from the excitement on the faces of both parents and guests at the event, that indeed, the kids deserved a big round of applause for good works done!
