Kwaw Kese’s Madtime Entertainment, the 2008 MTN Ghana Music Awards (GMA) record label of the year has commenced work on one of the albums of its new artistes, Okra Dawidi, a hardcore rapper.
Okra, otherwise known as Emmanuel Ralph Nikoi Kotei, some months ago signed a recording contract with Madtime at an undisclosed amount.
Last Sunday Madtime had the music video of one of the rapper's interesting songs on his latest 'Nana K' album shot at a location off the Spintex road in Accra.
Directed by award-winning music video director Ezekiel Tetteh, popularly called Stip of Solid Multimedia, the video features Kwaw Kese, the 2008 MTN GMA Artiste of the Year and owner of Madtime Entertainment; Jagoo, an upcoming artiste from the Abodam camp and some good-looking ladies from the Exopa Modelling Agency.
In the video Okra, Kwaw Kese and Jagoo are invited to a party by the sexy ladies and that sees the rappers drive to the party in expensive and flashy cars with Police escort.
What went on subsequently at the party is something viewers and Okra/Abodam fans would be seeing when the video is finally out. It has however not been decided when the video would come out but it would be out soon.
The video is expected to change the face of music video production in the country.
